Feeding Friends Program
In times of uncertainty and hardship, our pets provide us with an unwavering source of comfort and love. They are more than just companions—they are family.
That's why we are committed to supporting both the animals in our care and the families in our community. Our mission extends beyond sheltering pets; it’s about preventing animals from being surrendered due to financial hardship. By helping families today, we aim to reduce the number of animals that might need shelter tomorrow.
One of the ways we do this is through the Feeding Friends Program, which provides pet food to families and individuals facing temporary financial insecurity. We understand that food costs can be a heavy burden, and the last thing we want is for a family to have to choose between feeding their pet or themselves.
The Feeding Friends Program provides a week's worth of food for up to three pets per household, delivered right to your door. To ensure that we can assist as many families as possible, we have a few simple criteria for eligibility:

-
The applicant must live in Pflugerville, TX.
-
The applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
-
The applicant must be willing to accept a delivery of food from a volunteer.

Once an application is submitted, we will research and evaluate each case to determine eligibility. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee food delivery, as we assess each request on a case-by-case basis.

If you or someone you know is in need of assistance, we encourage you to apply. And if you're able to help us continue this important work, donations are always appreciated. Your support ensures that we can keep this program running and provide relief to families who need it most.
